Robert Johnson brings leadership and executive-advisory experience across military service, global industry, federal transportation, and railroad operations. His work has consistently centered on helping leaders understand complex conditions, communicate clearly, and make consequential decisions with a stronger view of operational reality.

He served 22 years in the U.S. Navy leading communications, advised executives at Stanley Black & Decker, and worked as a public affairs officer with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration. At Norfolk Southern, his experience has included managing a railroad repair shop and working within an environment shaped by federal railroad regulation.
